Clearview Expands Mental Health Services with New Ontario Outpatient Center

Fifth Southern California location bridges the treatment gap through in-network intensive outpatient and partial hospitalization programs.

FRANKLIN, Tenn. (December 16, 2025) — Odyssey Behavioral Healthcare, a national leader in evidence-based mental health treatment, today announced the opening of Clearview Outpatient Ontario, its newest outpatient clinic serving Southern California. The Ontario location expands the reach of Clearview Outpatient programs — which also operates in Long Beach, Los Angeles, Pasadena, and Woodland Hills — further strengthening access to affordable, high-quality care across the region.

Conveniently located on Ontario’s east side near I-10, I-15, and Ontario International Airport, the new clinic offers partial hospitalization (PHP) and intensive outpatient (IOP) programs for adults (18+). Clearview Outpatient Ontario specializes in treating complex conditions such as anxiety, bipolar disorder, depression, PTSD, self-harm, and borderline personality disorder. These structured day programs provide several hours of therapy each day, bridging the gap for individuals who require more support than traditional outpatient care and as a step-down option for those transitioning from hospital-based inpatient treatment.

“San Bernardino County is experiencing a behavioral health challenge, with drug overdose deaths increasing 220% between 2013 and 2021 and opioid-related deaths increasing by 28% since 2020,” explains Richard Clark, CEO of Odyssey Behavioral Healthcare, referencing a San Bernardino County Indicators report. 

Mental health concerns are also rising. In 2021, 14% of San Bernardino County adults reported frequent mental distress, up from 12% in 2017, and suicidal thoughts increased by 57% between 2018 and 2021, according to ODASH. Despite these trends, many residents struggle to access care, highlighting the need for Odyssey’s continued expansion in Southern California.
