How the Referral Process Works
1. Contact Odyssey
Contact a professional outreach representative, call the admissions team at the facility that matches the client’s needs, or submit a referral through the form below. The team gathers clinical information during the initial contact and addresses any questions about programming, fit, or logistics.
2. Pre-Admission Coordination
Odyssey’s admissions team collaborates with the referring professional to determine clinical alignment and appropriate level of care. This includes reviewing the client’s clinical history, assessing level of acuity, and providing a benefits assessment for financial planning.
3. Admission + Ongoing Communication
The referring professional is notified when the client arrives and begins intake. Throughout treatment, Odyssey provides regular status updates. During discharge and aftercare planning, the clinical team coordinates directly with the referring provider to support a smooth transition back into outpatient care.
Clinical Outcomes
Odyssey publishes annual clinical outcomes reports documenting treatment effectiveness across all brands using validated assessment instruments benchmarked against national norms. These reports are available to referring professionals as a resource for evaluating the organization’s clinical performance.
