FRANKLIN, Tenn. (October 23, 2025) — Odyssey Behavioral Health proudly announces the appointment of Jeanne L. Greene, DNP, MBA, RN, NE-BC, as its new Chief Clinical Officer, effective October 13, 2025.
Dr. Greene brings more than two decades of executive leadership experience spanning behavioral health, acute care, and community-based healthcare systems. She has held key leadership roles including Interim Chief Nursing Officer with Universal Health Services (UHS), Chief Clinical & Program Officer at Koinonia, and Chief Nursing Executive and Vice President of Medical Operations at Signature Health.
Throughout her distinguished career, Dr. Greene has led transformational initiatives that have strengthened clinical quality, safety, and operational performance. Her accomplishments include developing innovative staffing models that reduced premium pay costs, leading hospitals through successful Joint Commission, CMS, and CARF accreditations, and implementing strategies that achieved measurable improvements in patient safety, clinical outcomes, and experience of care.
Renowned for her data-driven, collaborative leadership style, Dr. Greene integrates Lean Six Sigma, evidence-based practice, and trauma-informed care into her approach to building high-performing clinical teams.
In her new role, Dr. Greene will oversee Odyssey’s clinical strategy and quality improvement programs, with a focus on advancing Odyssey’s quality initiatives, ensuring the highest standards of patient safety, and strengthening the organization’s culture of high reliability across all facilities.

Dr. Greene holds a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and is board-certified as a Nurse Executive (NE-BC). Her leadership philosophy emphasizes empowering teams, optimizing systems, and fostering a culture of safety, integrity, and excellence in care delivery.
