BRENTWOOD, Tenn. (July 28, 2025) — Odyssey Behavioral Healthcare, a leader in mental health treatment, is excited to announce the opening of its newest Pasadena Villa Outpatient clinic in Columbus, Ohio. This latest facility bridges an essential gap in care by providing specialized day programs for individuals who require more support than standard outpatient services, and it also serves as a step-down option for those transitioning from a higher level of treatment.
As Odyssey’s third mental health clinic in the Buckeye State, this new location joins programs in Cleveland and Cincinnati. They’re all part of Pasadena Villa Outpatient’s established network, which includes treatment centers in Alabama, Florida, Iowa, North Carolina, Michigan, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, and Virginia. Each location’s multimodal approach, which involves group, individual, and family therapy along with psychiatric services, allows our clinical team to understand and address challenging behavioral issues effectively.
The 2023 National Survey on Drug Use and Health shows that one in four Ohio adults reported needing mental health treatment in the past year but did not receive it.
“With the opening of our Columbus facility, we are directly bridging this treatment gap by offering high-quality clinical programming to support more individuals and families in need,” said Richard Clark, CEO of Odyssey Behavioral Healthcare.
The Columbus clinic offers comprehensive mental health care through partial hospitalization (PHP) and intensive outpatient (IOP) programs for adults (18+). The clinical team collaborates with each client’s local healthcare providers to build personalized treatment plans and ensure a seamless transition to traditional outpatient care.
