FRANKLIN, Tenn. (January 21, 2026) — Odyssey Behavioral Healthcare announces the promotion of Rush Brady to Chief Financial Officer, effective January 1, 2026. A valued and mission-driven member of the Odyssey leadership team for over four years, Brady previously served as Vice President of Finance and Development, taking on increasing responsibility leading the organization’s financial operations.

In his new role, Brady will oversee all financial functions and operations across Odyssey Behavioral Healthcare, including financial planning and analysis, accounting, treasury, and strategic financial initiatives.
Brady brings extensive healthcare finance experience to the position. He began his career as a healthcare consultant for ECG Management Consultants before holding strategy and corporate development positions at LifePoint Health and HCA Healthcare. He earned his undergraduate degree from Rhodes College and an MBA from Vanderbilt University’s Owen Graduate School of Management.
