Odyssey’s Client Safety Program is designed to ensure the well-being of every client throughout their treatment journey. Our comprehensive approach includes:

C.A.R.E. program Communicate, Assess, Respond, and Evaluate — This proactive program empowers staff to quickly recognize and address safety concerns.

Ongoing education Continuous training provides our teams with the latest tools and knowledge to deliver top-tier care and safety.

Additional initiatives Risk assessments, proximity-based monitoring, and real-time alerts safeguard clients during their stay.

As the nation’s oldest and most respected healthcare accreditor, The Joint Commission certifies over 22,000 programs with rigorous standards that require compliance with more than 1,300 performance benchmarks.

Odyssey’s voluntary adherence to these benchmarks demonstrates our dedication to delivering safe, high-quality treatment. Regular audits by trained surveyors help us maintain these standards, ensuring exceptional care for clients, families, and insurers.

CARF® International

Odyssey facilities are CARF® International accredited, signifying our pledge to uphold the highest standards in clinical care and client safety.

CARF® — an internationally recognized accrediting body — sets rigorous criteria for delivering safe, ethical, and effective care. CARF® accreditation requires extensive evaluations, including on-site surveys and ongoing assessments.

By voluntarily meeting CARF® benchmarks, we solidify our commitment to continuous improvement across clinical outcomes, client satisfaction, staff qualifications, and ethical practices.

Exceptional Client Satisfaction

Odyssey captures client and family satisfaction through discharge surveys, allowing us to gather valuable feedback on treatment experiences. Using a 1-5 star rating scale (5 as the highest), we achieved an impressive 4.4-star weighted average from 3,984 surveys across our residential and outpatient programs.
