Virtual Mental Health Treatment

Live, clinician-led intensive outpatient care for adults who need more than weekly therapy without stepping away from daily life.
Behavioral healthcare, wherever you are.

Odyssey Virtual Behavioral Healthcare delivers structured, evidence-based mental health treatment through a secure, HIPAA-compliant online platform. The program brings the same clinical standards that govern all Odyssey treatment centers into a virtual format, giving adults access to intensive outpatient care wherever they live. Licensed clinicians oversee all clinical programming under Odyssey’s Clinical Quality Council.

Why Odyssey Virtual Behavioral Healthcare

Odyssey Virtual gives clients the structure and support of intensive outpatient care without requiring them to step away from their daily lives. Clients maintain their jobs, routines, and roles at home while receiving consistent, clinician-led care from wherever they feel safest.

Experienced clinicians guide every client in small, interactive groups, paired with individual therapy and a treatment plan built around their specific clinical needs. By removing the barriers of geography and transportation, Odyssey Virtual makes specialized behavioral health treatment accessible to people who might otherwise go without it.

What Sets Odyssey Virtual Behavioral Healthcare Apart

Odyssey Virtual is built around genuine clinical connection.

Programming pairs clinical depth with real human interaction: small groups supported by multiple clinicians, individual therapy sessions, family involvement when clinically appropriate, and coordinated planning for what comes after treatment.

Treatment is evidence-based and outcomes-focused, with every plan built around the person. The result is a virtual experience where clients feel known, supported, and accountable, with the same continuity of care expected from an in-person program.

Who's It For

Who Is a Good Candidate for Odyssey Virtual

Odyssey Virtual is designed for adults who need more support than a weekly therapy appointment can offer but don’t require 24-hour or emergency-level care. The program is a strong fit for individuals managing depression, anxiety, trauma-related symptoms, mood disorders, or difficulty functioning at work, home, or in relationships. It also serves as a structured step-down after residential or partial hospitalization treatment.

The best candidates can participate safely and consistently from home, engage in a group setting, and have enough stability and support in their daily lives to build on between sessions. Every client completes an individualized assessment to confirm that virtual IOP is the right level of care before treatment begins.

Program Requirements

To participate in Odyssey Virtual, clients need:

  • A personal device with access to Zoom (laptop or tablet preferred over phone)
  • A private, well-lit space for sessions
  • Strong, reliable internet connection capable of supporting three hours of uninterrupted video
  • Headphones or earbuds (encouraged for sound quality and confidentiality)

Clients must be in a safe, stable environment where they can actively participate in group and individual sessions. The admissions team confirms that virtual care is a fit for each client before enrollment.
