Aster Springs Harpeth Expands Residential Eating Disorder Treatment Access in Nashville
Third Tennessee location offers inclusive, evidence-based care for adult women in a serene, restorative environment
Odyssey Behavioral Healthcare has opened Aster Springs Harpeth, a new residential eating disorder treatment center in Nashville, expanding access to specialized care for adult women ages 18 and older in Middle Tennessee. The eight-bed facility is the third Aster Springs location in the state, joining Aster Springs Bellevue, Odyssey’s existing residential program, and Aster Springs Outpatient Nashville.
“An estimated 9% of Tennesseans, nearly 600,000 people, will experience an eating disorder in their lifetime, with women twice as likely to be affected as men,” said Richard Clark, CEO of Odyssey Behavioral Healthcare, citing a Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health report. “This newest Nashville location strengthens Aster Springs’ commitment to meeting the growing demand for inclusive, evidence-based, and trauma-informed treatment throughout the region.”

Aster Springs treats the full spectrum of eating disorders, including anorexia nervosa, bulimia nervosa, binge eating disorder, and purging disorder. Each client receives an individualized treatment plan grounded in proven modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and nutritional rehabilitation, delivered through an integrated model of individual, group, and family therapy. With an experienced, multidisciplinary team of clinicians, dietitians, and medical professionals, Aster Springs helps clients restore health, build resilience, and cultivate lifelong recovery skills.
