About
Located just minutes away from downtown Music City, our multidisciplinary treatment team will provide tailored treatment plans designed to meet the unique needs of each client. Aster Springs provides eating disorder treatment for all genders, ages 18 and older, via our residential program (for women), partial hospitalization program (PHP), and intensive outpatient program (IOP). At Aster Springs, we believe people aren’t defined by their eating disorder. Each client we work with is unique and valued for who they are as a person. We take a whole-person, compassionate approach to care to help each client take the next steps toward lasting recovery.

Levels of Care
At Aster Springs, we don’t take a one-size-fits-all approach to treatment. Our continuum of care ensures clients can step up or down into the appropriate level of care with a cohesive, dedicated treatment team that partners with our trusted clinical partners to help transition clients to traditional outpatient and aftercare programs.
Residential Treatment (RTC) | Women, ages 18+
Our home-like setting in peaceful surroundings offers the environment and small community needed to heal. With a team of therapists, nutritionists, and highly credentialed, experienced team members, we ensure each client receives whole-person and multi-dimensional treatment approaches that maximize the opportunities for lifelong recovery.
Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) | All genders, ages 18+
Designed as a solid bridge for those stepping down from residential care or as a preventive program to hospitalizations, PHP offers more independence to practice learned skills in real-life situations while maintaining structured therapy five days per week.
Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) | All genders, ages 18+
Designed for individuals who are experiencing an increase in distressing symptoms and behaviors or are not progressing in traditional outpatient services, the extra support and treatment foster meaningful improvement and create a solid foundation. Offered during the day and during the evening, our IOP meets three to five days per week.
Insurance Providers
We offer many payment options, including in-network, out-of-network, single-case agreements, and private-pay options. Our Admissions Team works with each client to make our world-class treatment available to them.
