Scott Kardenetz

Founder and Executive Chairman

Scott Kardenetz is a 33 year veteran of the behavioral healthcare industry and has held senior leadership positions with companies such as Ardent Health Services, Psychiatric Solutions, Universal Health Services and Charter Behavioral Health. He has extensive experience in developing facility operational success in both the clinical and business arenas. Scott’s operational expertise includes direct facility leadership, extensive multi-site management, as well as de novo projects and acquisitions. Scott’s success is rooted in his commitment to improve patient and family experience. He accomplishes this by developing existing and future leaders to identify and spread business, clinical and operational best practices that keep families and patients in the center.
