Aster Springs Outpatient Richmond offers evidence-based eating disorder treatment in a supportive, trauma-informed environment. Our expert team helps clients develop real-time coping skills, build autonomy, and create a life aligned with their values. With small group sizes and a private, welcoming setting, we provide personalized care that fosters lasting recovery. Our multidisciplinary approach incorporates proven therapies, ensuring effective, long-term healing for adults (18+) of all genders.
What We Treat
Our Levels of Care
We offer partial hospitalization (PHP) and intensive outpatient (IOP) programs, as well as virtual IOP (V-IOP) in the evenings for adults (18+). Our evidence-based treatment equips clients with the skills and support needed for lasting recovery, ensuring they receive the right level of care at every stage of their healing journey.
Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP)
Our PHP offers intensive, structured care for individuals requiring more support than an IOP. It serves as a transitional step for those moving from residential treatment, facilitating a smoother return to daily life.
- Higher intensity outpatient treatment option
- Full-day programming, five days per week
- Includes individual, family, + group therapy, nutrition counseling, meal support, + medical + psychiatric services
Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)
Our IOP offers structured support for individuals experiencing increased distressing symptoms or behaviors, those not progressing in traditional therapy, or those transitioning from a PHP.
- Less intensive than residential or PHP treatment
- Three hours per day, four to five days per week
- Includes individual, family, + group therapy, nutrition counseling, meal support, + medical + psychiatric services
